Lifetime Guarantee

All Locke & Lode built leatherwork comes with a lifetime guarantee. The Locke & Lode lifetime guarantee covers all reasonable damage incured using the product. It does not include if the leather is allowed to rot or if the item is lost. For example Leaving it wet for a period of time. To return the item for repair, please post the item to us (or bring it to an event we are attending, we will repair it and return it to you.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for UK Shipping with tracking and signature on delivery required.

FREE postage & packing on all Mainland UK orders.

Overseas (Non UK) Postage is a flat charge of £20, if the P&P is under this you will be refunded the difference, if it is higher we will cotact you about the excess.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to UK Law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. The placement of an order either online or by telephone indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All goods will remain the sole property of Locke & Lode until payment is received in full. All products and service are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If an ordered product cannot be supplied for any reason we will offer an alternative model (if available) or give a full refund.

Items will remain the property Locke & Lode until the balance is paid in full.

Cancelled custom orders will forfeit 50% of the order total (This is to cover the cost of materials locke & Lode will have already bought to complete the order.).

Non Custom orders that are listed as in stock will be Shipped and with you within 28 days, you will either receive your order within 28 days of receiving full payment or we will contact you with further information on when you will receive your order or offer you a full refund.

All payments made through this web shop are collected through our online credit card processing partners, PayPal. IMPORTANT! Do not email your credit card details to us.

All on-line orders are prodced, built and sent within 14 days of recieving the order. We reserve the right to decline your order. We will contact you by telephone or email regarding delivery, delays or security issues. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other loses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions.

A refund can take an estimated 7 working days to be processed and a further 3 working days to clear banking systems. If you have requested a refund on an order, please allow this time scale to pass (after receiving the refund confirmation email) before contacting us to confirm the refunds status. Please note that all custom orders will forfeit a charge of 50% of the total order (This is to cover the cost of materials Locke & Lode will have already bought to complete the order.)

We accept most major credit and debit cards through our payment gateway PayPal. We also require the card holder's full details including name, address and telephone number when accepting a credit/debit card payment. These must match the exact details registered with the card issuer. Incomplete or incorrect details will result in a delay in processing your order.

In the event we are unable to fulfil an order due to insufficient stock, the customer will be notified of the delay and, should this prove unsuitable, a full refund will be given.

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given if required.
